Here is a house that Wayne remodeled. He knocked out the bar between the kitchen and the dining and another wall between the dining and the living area. This opened all all those spaces and made the room feel bigger. He then put tile in the kitchen and wood throughout the dining, living, entry, and hall areas. New cabinets, countertops and appliances were placed in the kitchen to update make it all knew. The bathroom needed updating too. He put in a new countertop and painted the old cabinets to look knew. This house was beautiful when he was done with his magic!
